The riding position on the Aquarius is best described as semi-recumbent. Unlike a traditional upright bike, you’re seated slightly farther back with the pedals positioned forward. This layout allows your legs to extend forward and down in a more natural and relaxed motion.

This setup lets you keep the seat low while still achieving full leg extension. And when you come to a stop, both feet can rest flat on the ground. No tiptoeing, no wobbling—just a steady, controlled stop. That added stability is especially valuable for newer riders, older adults, or anyone looking for more confidence at slower speeds.

The handlebars are positioned higher and swept back toward the rider, allowing your arms to stay loose and your shoulders relaxed. There’s no pressure on your wrists, and your upper body stays upright and supported.

Folding and Transport

The Fucare Aquarius features a folding frame and folding handlebar stem, making it easier to transport or store when needed. The main frame folds at the center hinge, and the handlebars can be lowered and rotated to reduce height.

It’s important to note that the backrest is mounted on the rear cargo rack—not on the main seat post. If you plan to fold the bike for transport or load it into a vehicle, the backrest assembly will need to be removed first. This takes a few extra minutes but ensures the bike folds down fully.

Once folded, the bike becomes more compact and can fit into larger car trunks, RV storage bays, or tight indoor spaces. It’s not an ultra-light folding bike, but for its size and capability, the folding design adds helpful flexibility for transport and storage.
