How does FUCARE cover the warranty?

FUCARE covers all defects in material and workmanship from the date of receipt. In the event a defect covered by this Warranty Policy occurs, FUCARE will repair or replace your Product in accordance with the terms of this Warranty Policy. This Warranty Policy only applicable to product problems caused by non-human or force majeure factors, applies to the FUCARE products in the following ways:

Battery and Charger --------------------------------------------------------------- 180 days
• Battery
• Charger

Other Components--------------------------------------------------------------------- 90 days
• Deck
• Taillight & Headlight


Note: Consumable items and the damage caused by man-made and are not covered by the warranty. (The battery capacity decay is subject to the test capacity of machine, not the decay of the total riding odometers.)

 

How can I get my warranty?

Please contact us at FUCARE on info@fucarebike.com with the following information:

1. Purchase Site

2. Order Number

3. Serial Number of the bike/scooter

4. Photos/videos and a short description of the problem

Please retain your proof of purchase for reference when making enquires on this warranty.
