Fucare covers all defects in material and workmanship from the date of receipt. In the event a defect covered by this Warranty Policy occurs, Fucare will repair or replace your product in accordance with the terms of this Warranty Policy. This Warranty Policy only applicable to product problems caused by non-human or force majeure factors, applies to the Fucare products in the following ways:
Main Parts -- 1 year
Battery and Charger --180 days
Other Components -- 90 days
• Taillight & Headlight
Note: Consumable items and the damage caused by man-made and are not covered by the warranty. (The battery capacity decay is subject to the test capacity of machine, not the decay of the total riding odometers.)

Please retain your proof of purchase for reference when making enquiries on this warranty.
Fucare provides a 15-day trial on all electric scooters/bikes. To return an ebike that is not defective or damaged, you must contact Fucare within 15 days of your receipt of the scooter/bike. The scooter/bike must have less than 10 miles on the odometer, be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.). For non-quality issues, a 20% processing fee will be applied. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $200. You must receive prior authorization and a prepaid return shipping label from Fucare. Any warranty issues must be resolved prior to process a return. Returns are not allowed after 15 days of the receipt or have more than 10 miles on the odometer.
Accessory and Replacement Parts
Returns are not allowed for any purchase of accessories or replacement parts.
Any item returned with an order that used a discount code will have the entire discount code value subtracted from the refund value.
Refunds will be made after the scooter/bike is received and inspected by our warehouse.
Please ship all approved returns using the shipping label provided during the return merchandise authorization process. Any unauthorized returns are not covered by Fucare.
