We accept PayPal and debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB and Discover).

We have a financing partnership with PayPal Credit. PayPal Credit offers a 6 months special financing with no interest. Approval is instant for customers who already have a PayPal account. After being approved for financing, you can pay for your electric bikes/scooters with installment payments.

How to use PayPal Credit:

1. Select PayPal at the checkout.

2. Log into your PayPal account.

3. Click on "Apply Now" on the PayPal Credit banner.

4. Get approval on your order.

5. Confirm the delivery address.

6. Set your repayment schedule.

If you pay by credit card, your payment could be somehow denied at the checkout by our system in defense against possible credit card fraud. It's a good idea to call your credit card company or bank ahead of time to let them know about the purchase so that it doesn't get declined. Under such circumstance, here are 3 solutions for you:

1. If you have a PayPal account, please try to pay by PayPal.

2. If you do not have a PayPal account, please select PayPal still at the checkout page & click the complete order button. Then you'll be directed to a page with access to both PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment (for the latter option, you don't have to register for PayPal).

3. Please switch to your other credit/debit cards.

Currently, we can ship to the Contiguous United States. If you want to ship to other address, please contact us at info@fucarebike.com. We will addtionally give you the shipping quotation.

 To return an ebike that is not defective or damaged, you must contact Fucare within 15 days of your receipt of the scooter/bike. The scooter/bike must have less than 10 miles on the odometer, be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.). For non-quality issues, a 10% processing fee will be applied. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $200. You must receive prior authorization and a prepaid return shipping label from Fucare. Any warranty issues must be resolved prior to process a return. Returns are not allowed after 15 days of the delivery date or have more than 10 miles on the odometer. 

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Most returns can be processed within 5 business days after we receive and check your package.
